Instructions to make Pot Stickers:
  1. In a bowl mix plain flour and salt and make a bit stiff dough with the help of hot water. Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.

  5. Now divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a 3 and half inch circle. Roll it thin. Now apply little bit of water on the edges. Put the stuffing in the middle and make potstickers making pleats.
  6. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and put it on medium heat. Now arrange all the potstickers in it and let it cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until it is brown from the bottom. Now add 1/4 cup of water and quickly cover it with the lid. Cook further three to four minutes until all the water is evaporated. Repeat for the remaining potstickers. Now our potstickers are ready.
