For biryani, always use long grain rice. Basmati rice with its thin, fine grains is the ideal variety to use. Ghee is butter that has been slowly melted so that the milk solids and golden liquid have been separated and can be used in place of vegetable oil to yield a more authentic taste.

Biryani rice is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Biryani rice is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

The ingredients needed to make Biryani rice:
  1. Get 250 grams rice
  2. Get 1 onion sliced
  3. Get 2 tbs oil
  4. Take 1 tsp Whole spices (cumin, bay leaves, black pepper and star anise)
  5. Take 4 curry leaves
  6. Take 1 carrot grated
  7. Get Coriander leaves chopped

Biryani rice recipe - kuska rice or plain biryani without vegetables made in south Indian muslim style. Steps to make Biryani rice:
  1. Heat oil add whole spices, curry leaves and onion…. When onion gets soft add water 3 cup
  2. When water starts boiling add rice…. Cook for 10-15 minutes
  3. Now add carrot and Coriander leaves mix well…. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame… Your biryani rice is ready serve

Biryani rice recipe or biryani chawal - a mild flavored, aromatic rice dish usually served at Indian restaurants. Procedure of making it is somewhat similar to my jeera rice recipe. Only difference is that Jeera rice has more flavor of Cumin seed in it.
