  1. Make ready 1/2 kg rice soaked for 20 min

  3. Prepare 3 onion big chopped

  7. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder

  13. Get 1-2 pinch saffron soaked in warm milk
  14. Make ready 4-5 drop kewra essence
  15. Make ready 5-6 drop rose water
  16. Make ready 4 green cardamom
  17. Make ready 3-4 cloves
  18. Make ready 1 stick cinnamon
  19. Prepare 1 black cardamom

Egg biryani too holds a powerful place in the biryani family only using eggs in place of meat or chicken preparing it with all the common traditional spices. In this egg biryani recipe you get a double dhamaka of eggs - boiled and in an omelette along with the delicious taste of long grain rice and a flavourful masala base. I think it is much simpler and quicker than preparing any meat or even a mixed vegetable biryani. Have it along with raita or a quick kachumber and let the party begin.

Steps to make Egg Biryani:
  1. Take a pan add four tbsp of oil and fry the chopped onion make beresta. Take the onions out and keep aside.
  2. Take a handi boil two litres of water. Put all the whole garam masala i.e green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black cardamom,sahi jeera.
  3. Add soaked rice,oil, salt and bring it to boil. When the rice is 80 percent cooked then switch off the gas. Drain the water. Allow it to cool down.
  4. Now take a pan add two tbsp of oil. Fry the eggs, put some termaric powder. Now take out eggs.
  5. In the same oil add chopped onion and fry it. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add chopped tomatoes cook for a minute add salt, termaric powder, coriander powder, Biryani masala, red chilli powder.
  6. Add curd and fry for five minutes. Add water and it comes to a boil add eggs.
  7. Take a clean pan firstly put some grevy in it. Then add rice then sprinkle some fried onions on rice. Then add gravy again and make layers. Then add eggs.
  8. Finally cover the eggs with rice and fried onion. Put some ghee on it. Add kewra essence and rose water. Add saffron to the Biryani. Add orange colour and coriander leaves.
  9. Cover the lid put the pan on low flame for 15 minutes. Switch the flame off and serve the Biryani with raita.
