- Now take orange or yellow food colour and mix it with milk.
- Now put half of the rice in the cooking pot and add the layer of gravy and then add the layer of remaining rice and add food colour mixture and green chillies and let it be steamed for 15-20 minutes on low flame and don't forget to place large sized pan under the cooking pot.
