  2. Place the butter and half of the white chocolate in a heat proof bowl and heat in the microwave until melted. Stir to combine. Set aside to cool slightly. Whilst still warm, add both sugars then whisk until combined.
  3. Add the eggs(one at a time) whisking after each egg is incorporated. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the batter just comes together (be careful not too overmix) be gentle with the batter.
  5. Fold in the chopped marzipan, almonds remaining white chocolate. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until golden and slightly soft in the middle. If you’re using a larger baking tray start checking your blondies at 25 minutes.
