- Take 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Make ready 1/2 cup water

- Prepare 1-2 red chilis; sliced on the bias

- Mix everything but the eggs in a glass Tupperware. Set aside to marinate.
- Meanwhile, boil your quail eggs! If you have fresh eggs - add a tsp of salt and tsp of vinegar to a pot of boiling water. Boil til cooked, then add to your marinade.
- (I used canned quail eggs)
- Stick in the fridge overnight and they’ll be nicely tanned in the morning! Enjoy w/ a bowl of rice ☺️
- PS - sprinkle on a few drops of sesame oil when you eat it (not in the marinade). Trust me on this one!
