  1. In a pan add Suji and ghee. And keep stirring with low flame untill suji turns to Light brown.
  2. Mean while in another pan add water and sugar and keep it on low flame untill sugar getting mixed with the water.
  3. Now when suji turns to the light brown. add a cup of milk and then add the water. and keep stirring until the consistency of shira becomes thick.
  4. Shira is ready. now add pomegranate and dry fruits on top of the shira and mix well.
