- Prepare 500 gms mango puree
- Take 1 litre full cream milk
- Get 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp milk
- Prepare 200 gms nestle milkmaid
- Get 2 tbsp pistachios sliced for garnishing
Instructions to make Mango Kulfi:
- Mix milkmaid and milk together in a pan and boil it stirring continuously,reduce the flame and cook for 10 to 15 mins stirring continuously
- Add the cornflour mixture and cook till it thickens. Off the flame and cool. When cooled add the mango puree mix it well and pour into a circular long tin or desired kulfi moulds and freeze it for 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with sliced pistachios
