  1. Take 3 carrot peel it and grate them. Take small pressure cooker add grated carrot add milk and cook upto 2 whistle. Once pressure cools down open the lid and boil till milk burns and carrot gets mix into it

  5. Take a glass pace bottle gourd halwa at the bottom adding dry fruits,then place mawa kalakand in the middle adding dry nuts,at the top place carrot halwa and garnish with dry fruits… Serve warm or chill…
