- Then add 1/2 cup ghee. Stir well continuosly for 5 mins till the badam absorbs all the ghee.
- Again add 1/2 cup ghee. Stir continuously for 5 mins till all the ghee gets absorbed.
- Again add 1/2 cup ghee and salt. Stir continuously for 5 mins till the ghee gets absorbed.
- Atlast add the remaining ghee and stir continuously. Now the ghee starts seperating from badam or the halwa will not stick to the kadai. This is the perfect consistency.
- Garnish with some chopped Badam. Now it's ready to serve.
