  1. Take 1 litre milk
  2. Prepare 1 cup cream
  3. Take 1/2 cup sugar

  6. Take 1 tsp mango essence
Steps to make Mango Kulfi:
  1. Boil milk in a pan till reduced to half.
  2. Add mango puree,essence and sugar.Further cook on medium flame till thick.
  3. Put off flame and let it cool.
  4. When cool add cream and dryfruits,mix well.
  5. Pour into kulfi moulds,keep in freezer for 8 hours.
  6. Kulfi is ready to serve.Demould the kulfis and serve.
