The ingredients needed to make Makhadi Halwa:
  1. Get 250 gm Soji/Rava -
  2. Make ready 200-240 gm Sugar -
  3. Prepare 1 cup Ghee -
  4. Get Kishmish, Coconut - to garnish
  5. Take Water - to soak rava
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp Water -
Instructions to make Makhadi Halwa:
  1. Soak Rava.
  2. Take 2tbsp water in wok. Add sugar.. Try to melt it for 2-3min. Then add ghee and fully melt sugar.
  3. Once it will melt..then it will become like small stones. Once again it will melt and will change color.. Stir continuously until desired color of chashni.
  4. Then remove excess water from rava and mix it in chashni. But keep mixing rava with chashni continuously.
  5. Now make flame slow and cook it until desired color of halwa.
  6. Once done.. garnish and serve.
