Instructions to make braised tofu:
- . Remove tofu from package and cut into 6 equal slices
- Beat egg and 1 Tbsp cornstarch ( you can add pinch of salt and pepper if you wish )
- preheat the non stick pan
- dip each tofu slices into the egg mixtures and slowly arrange well in the medium heated pan
- dry fry till brown on both sides
- mix the sauce mixtures and add to the tofu sprinkles with the green onions
