- Heat the oil in kadai. From the dough take little portion of dough and fill in the murukku presser. And press it over oil greased plate in circular ring shape one by one.
- Deep fry murukku on both sides on medium flame. Once it done and crispy remove from oil. Murukku is ready to serve.
