  3. Add butter and mix the flour so that no lumps are formed
  4. Now, knead the dough with hot water. Rest the dough for 5mins
  5. Grease Murukku maker, fill it with the dough and make Murukkus by deep frying them in oil. (for a more healthy recipe, we can even bake them)
