- Take a bowl add all ingredients for dough and add butter and mix well till bread crumbs consistency.
- Now make a soft dough by adding water. Let the dough rest for 15 mins.
- Take a sev maker and use thick one-star nozzle. Make small rolls and put into sev maker and keep it ready.
- Keep a kadhai with oil on medium flame and once the oil is hot start making Murukkulu/chakli. Fry it till golden brown crispy.
- Murukkulu is ready, store it in airtight container and enjoy for 15 days.
