Instructions to make Home-Baked Breadsticks:
  1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Cut dough into equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a 12" rope. Place 1" apart on baking sheets.
  3. Cover baking sheet with kitchen towel & let rise for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush dough with egg white. Sprinkle with garlic salt & Italian seasoning. If you would like different seasonings/toppings, there are endless options, both sweet & savory, such as poppy seeds, sesame seeds, parmesan cheese, cinnamon sugar, & chocolate sprinkles just to name a few.
  5. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Could serve with dipping sauce or by themselves.

What a clever way to use canned biscuits! They are completely transformed into these neat bread sticks. Yes, great with soup in winter and also to warm up a salad in summer. Ah yes, garlic and butter breadsticks sounds really good about now. Process cauliflower in batches in a food processor until finely ground.
