- Boil the cashews,onions and green chilli with glass of water.Cool it and make afine paste.Malai is ready.
- Grate paneer and boiled potato.Add given spices for koftas.And make a dough.
- Take amall size balls.Flatten them.
- Add chopped cashews and raisins.Roll in corn flour.Dust extra flour and keep for 5 minute.
- Golden fry them in hot oil.Take oil and ghee in a pan.
- Add khada masala and roast.
- Now add malai we have made before.Add cream and curd.Mix well.
- Now add other spices one by one.Cook until it removes oil.Now add a glass of water and boil at once or how much gravy you want.Serve well.
- Add roasted cashews,raisins,cream and coriander leaves for garnishing.Soft,creamy and delicious hotel style malai kofta is ready to eat.
