  5. Once cooled add it to the reduced milk.
  6. IMPORTANT NOTE : Make sure both the apple and milk have cooled completely before you mix them or else there is a high probability of milk curdling up.
  7. Refrigerate the apple dates kheer for some hours.
  8. Garnish with few chopped nuts and serve chilled
