- Grate potatoes, and squeeze of the potato juice partially,like it should retain some juice don't squeez off all the potato juice. It'll help thickening the milk.
- Add this to the milk and add 2 tbsp water or milk to this if it starts turning too thick.
- To this add the condensed milk. Keep stirring at low flame.
- Add the cardamom I.e elaichi powder and stir. The temprature should be at medium to low this whole time.
- Add the dryfruits and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Check if the potato is cooked.
- If yes then turn off the heat and let it cool down. Enjoy!
