  2. Take makhana & khaskhas in a mixerjar & crush it not afine but dardara crush. Take some makhana for garnish.
  3. Boil milk. when it become half then add the makhana & khaskhas mix.cook for 5 minutes & add the sugar you can take according to your taste more or less.Then add dryfruit & off the flame. Minimum 20/25 minutes let it cool at room temperature & do not stir because layer of malai become on to of kheer.Then put in freeze for cheel.
  4. Now you take serving bowl & add makhana kheer add some whole makhana & dryfruit for garnish it& serve chilled makhana kheer.!!
  5. Very healthy for everyone because it's full of calcium.
