  2. Make ready 175 g unsalted butter

For extra gooey-ness cooking time will be slightly less. The longer it is left in the chewier they become. However be careful, too long and the edges will become hard and crunchy!
  6. Leave to cool completely before dusting with icing sugar, to decorate.
