- Heat ghee in a pan, and roast crushed corn for min at low flame.
- Mean while heat milk in a deep heavy bottom pan.
- Add sugar to the milk and cardamom powder. Mix well and boiled it till it thickened.
- Add corn and mix well.
- Add saffron milk and mix. Add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
- Let the kheer cool down to room temperature. Then keep it in a refrigerator to chill. Served it chilled.
