  3. Now prepare the sugar syrup. In a pan add one cup water and one and half cup water. Keep it stirring. Check with fingers, if it is sticky then syrup is ready.
  4. Now in a pan put oil and put the flour batter one spoon each time in a medium flame. Flour batter will look like a pancake. Cooked it until it form a golden colour.
  5. Once it cooked put the malpuwa into sugar syrup. Then serve hot with kheer.
