  2. Take 2 tbsp or approx 50 gm Kheer rice (wash it properly)

  5. Prepare 1 pinch Green cardamom powder
  6. Get 1 tablespoon chopped Pistachios
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon chopped Almonds
  8. Take 1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  9. Make ready 1 tablespoon Raisins

  4. Then add chopped nuts and raisins in it and mix it.
  5. Now add sugar in it and cook it for another 2 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Then add a pinch of green cardamom powder in it, mix it and switch off the flame.
  7. Mango kheer is ready to serve. For batter taste, serve it chilled.
