- In grinder add soaked rice and grind coarsely and set aside.
- In blender add mangoes cubes and blend until smooth puree.
- In pot add milk and bring it to boil,add ground rice and mix well,cook on medium low flame for 6-8 minutes and keep mixing in between.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
- Add almonds & pistachios,mix well and cook for 5-8 minutes more.
- Add khoya and mix until well combined….let it cool..
- Now add mango puree and mix until well combined.
- In a serving dish,add mango cubes, mango rice kheer.
- Garnish with mango cubes, cherry with almond and refrigerate until chilled.
