Steps to make Khichdi:
  1. Wash rice and remove excess water
  2. Add turmeric, garam masala, coriander, salt and sugar
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add hing, rai jeera, onion, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. Stir until onion turns brown.
