- Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Get 1/3 cup peanuts
- Make ready 1 small potato
- Take 1 small onion
- Get 4 cup water

- Mix the flour with all ingredients and make a soft dough. Rest it for 5-10 minutes. After this make little thick bhakhari and cook on low flame by applying little ghee on both the sides.
- Take all pulses and rice together and washed it properly and then soak it for half an hour.
- After that add ghee in the cooker when it become hot add heeng,jeera, mustard seeds, laung,dry red chilli,garlic,diced potato,diced onion,peanuts stir it well
- Now add all the masala's salt,haldi,dhaniya powder,red chilli powder,khichdi masala.mix it well
- Then add soaked pulses and rice,mix it properly with masala.add water in it and close the lid properly. Give 3-4 whistles.khichdi is ready
- For Garlic Chutney:- Mix all the ingredients together in the mixer jar and just grind it finely.
