- In a cooker add ghee and jeera to it.
- Add in chopped onion, tomato and saute.
- Add in turmeric,paprika, coriander powder and mix well.
- Add in some water and diced potato.
- Add in shezwan chuttney(optional).
- Add in washed rice and lentils.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add in water as required and let cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Ready to serve hot with pickle, salad, papad or just squeeze lemon all over on top.
