Instructions to make Khichdi:
- Take a bowl add Rice or Moong Dal wash and soaked for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes drain the water and set a side
- Add rice or Dal to a pressure cooker and around 4 cup water add salt haldi Hing pressure cooker on high heat 5 to 6 whistle.the Dal or rice cook mushy.
- Now tadka take a pan add oil musterd seed, Cumin seeds, saute 1 sec.now add Green chilli and tomato cook for 2 minutes tomato looks mushy.
- Now add pour the tadka Khichdi and mix it well.
- Garinsh with Coriander leaves.or ghee.
- Serve with kadhi
