- Dry roast rava/ sooji till aromatic. Set aside. Heat oil in pan roast cashews until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
- Chop vegetables and cook separately. Set aside.
- Heat oil in same kadai, add ginger, onion and fennel powder. Saute till translucent.
- Next add green chillies and tomato. Cook till mushy.
- Next add turmeric powder and cooked vegetables along with water.
- Add salt and coriander leaves.
- When it starts boiling, lower flame slowly add the rava stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add ghee and serve hot.
