- Heat oil in cooker, add cumin seeds, peppercorns, cloves and green chilli, after few seconds add onions, fry it till translucent.
- Add tomato and ginger, then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix well.
- Then add moong dal and bottle gourd and rice two cup water and cover and cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Serve hot with curd.
