Steps to make Dalia Khichdi:
- Heat the ghee in a cooker then add cumin seeds and green chilli wait for few seconds then add all veggies and mix well.
- Now cook it for 2-3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and it a nice mix.
- Then add soaked daliya and moong dal and salt mix it well. Now add water as required and close the pressure cooker and wait for three whistles.
- Let the cooker cool down then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
