  2. Once the potato has been cooked properly,then add coarsely grind peanut and grated beetroot. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add the soaked sago and salt to taste. Once the Sago has been cooked properly then turn off the heat and add lemon juice and green coriander & give it a good mix.
