- First take cookingpot,pour oil and switch on flame.
- Then after 1 minutes,add long, elachi, whole black pepper and make it saute for 1 minute.
- After make it saute,add cutted podina
- Then saute it for 2 minutes.
- Add soaked mong and masoor dal.
- After 5 minutes,add soaked rice.
- Also add 1full cup of water.
- Stir with spoon and wait untill water dry and dal rice becomes completely mix
- Now when water becomes dry,and dal rice soft,khichdi is ready to eat. Take out in serving plate and garning with mint leaves.
- Serve with chutney or Raita.
Tapioca khichdi is great for breakfast or as a snack and it tastes delicious. Sabudana also known as Tapioca makes a great Khichdi. This recipe is mildly spiced and peanuts give it a light crunch.
