- After mix dal proper and add water 3 to 4 cup Now add salt,turmeric red chilli, and all vegetables, like tomato,spinach green chilli etc and cook 4 to 5 minutes after add 1 to 2 teaspoon ghee and cook continuously 5 mints.
- Tadka-take a pan add ghee,cumin seeds,cloves,blackpepper and hing cook 10 seconds and add this tadka in dal or garnish Coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve
