- Take 5 black pepper
- Get 2 tbsp ghee

Steps to make Urad Dal Khichdi:
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Saute for 30 seconds. Add the whole garam masala and saute in medium heat till aroma came.
- Add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli and grated ginger. Fry for 15 seconds and mix green peas, urad dal and rice. Add chilli powder and salt. Mix well and add - 1 and 1/2 cup water.
- Close the cooker. Cook in high flame for 1 whistle. Let the pressure release naturally. - Serve hot urad dal khichdi with curd and/curry. - Thanks
