Instructions to make Khichdi:
  1. Wash dal and rice and soaked 10 minutes.
  2. After heat cooker Add dal and rice add water,hing,and 1 tablespoon ghee.
  3. Pressure cook for 4 whistle on high heat then lower the heat and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
  4. After mix dal proper and add water 3 to 4 cup Now add salt and ginger, chilli paste and cook 4 to 5 minutes after add 1 to 2 teaspoon ghee and cook continuously 5 mints.
  5. Garnish Coriander leaves and Serve with curd,roti & papad.
