- Wash sabudana 2 to 3 times in water and drain and then soak in 3/4 cup of water for 6 hours or overnight.
- Roast peanuts on hot kadai for 3 -4 minutes on medium to high heat. Peel off the skin and then grind coarsely.
- Add grinded peanuts and salt in sabudana and mix well.
- Heat ghee in kadai, add finely chopped potato, green chilles and cook till the potatoes are done. Try not to put water while cooking the potatoes.
- Add peanuts and sabudana mixture and mix gently. Add 2tbsp of water, cover and cook sabudana for 3 to u minutes in low flame.
- Thereafter add lemon juice, sugar in sabudana and mix well.
- Cover sabudana khichdi for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
