  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add peanuts and sauté them for 1-2 minutes. Once it's done, take them out and keep it aside.
  4. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for few seconds. Then add diced potatoes and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato paste and little bit of salt. Mix well.
  6. Now add the sabudana, grated carrot, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Black pepper powder. Mix well.
  7. Cook for few minutes. Stir it for 2-3 times. Do not cook it for a long time else it will become sticky.
  8. Remove pan from heat. Add fresh coriander leaves and toss them well.
  9. Your Sabudana Khichdi is ready. Serve hot with curd.
