- Next morning they will be fully puffed leaving behind not a single drop of water. Heat oil in a pan and crackle jeera. Add curry leaves, potato pieces and salt. Cook until they are done. Add ground nuts powder and cook for a minute or two.
- Then add sabudana, chilli powder, sugar and lemon juice. Combine everything well and cook till oil oozes and sabudana turns a little dark. Some of them will turn slightly translucent like pearls. Do not cook beyond this level otherwise they will get very chewy.
