  1. In a non-stick pan or thick bottom Kadhai pour the milk and bring to boil. Then reduce the flame and let it simmer for some time till the milk reduces to 1/3 rd the quantity. Keep stirring the milk in between.
  2. Then add the sugar and coconut milk powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then add the chopped almonds or pistachios and finely chopped tender coconut pieces in the milk.Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
  4. By now the milk would have become thick. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
  5. Then pour the reduced milk into kulfi moulds.Freeze them overnight.
  6. Before serving garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and some slices of tender coconut if you like. Serve immediately. Enjoy your kulfi with family and friends.
