- Get 1/4 tablespoon Green cardamom powder
- Prepare 2 tablespoons Coconut powder

- Prepare 1/4 cup Chopped pistachio
Steps to make Paan Gulkand Kulfi:
- Take a mixie jar add fennel seeds,gulkand, green cardamom powder paan leaves and blend everything together in a blender strain the mixture.
- Bring milk to a boil and cook till it reduces to one third it's volume remove from heat and add sugar and mix add khoya and mix well cool it
- Take mixie jar add strained paan gulkand mixture and reduced milk mixture and coconut powder and blend well than add chopped pistachio.
- Transfer into kulfi molds and insert an ice-cream wooden stick cover with the lid. Keep it in the deep freezer for five to six hours or till well set.
- Unmold the kulfi and serve immediately and garnish with different colors trutti fruity as your desire.
