  1. Coat your oxtail with flour
  2. On medium heat, warm your pan/pot then add canola oil.
  3. Once hot, add your oxtail. Brown your oxtail.
  4. Set the oxtail aside once you're done browning it.
  5. Put your chopped vegetables in the same pan/pot. Fry them until soft. Then add your mushrooms. Fry for a few minutes.
  6. Add a can of tomato puree to your mix. Cook on high heat until the puree browns and thickens.
