  2. Take 100 ml Maggi Lazenby Sauce

Instructions to make Mzansi Oxtail Stew:
  1. Wash and trim excess fat from Oxtail meat
  2. Cook in little water and low heat, adding water as required for 3 - 4 Hours or until soft to your taste. (a slow cooker pot does an amazing job too)
  3. Add chopped onion, all sauces and spices (you can add any other spices of your choice) and a little more water for everything to blend together
  4. If required, add pinch of salt and allow to simmer for another 20 minutes until meat almost fall of the bone!
  5. Add powered soup to thicken the stew a bit and simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Enjoy! (Wonderful when served with Basmati Rice)
