- Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch of the flame.
- Add cardamom powder, nuts, cream and mix well. Let the mixture come to room temperature.
- Pour mixture in kulfi moulds or in matkas to make matka kulfi. Keep in freezer to set overnight.
- To get kulfi out of the moulds, rub with you palm, it will get loose and side out. Garnish with nuts and serve immediately…!
