- Make ready 1 cup mango puree
- Take 1 tsp corn starch
- Take 7-8 saffron stands

Instructions to make Alphonso mango kulfi:
- First heat milk in a heavy bottom pan. Continue to heat the milk in low medium flame for 5 to 6 mins.
- Meanwhile take 1 tbsp warm milk in a small bowl and add cornstarch and keep aside. Likewise soak saffron strands in 1 tsp milk in another bowl and keep aside
- Now add condensed milk soaked saffron strands to the milk and mix well cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally.(you can use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk)
- As and when a thick malai layer forms on the top of the milk remove it and add it back to the milk. Now add dry fruits and mix well.
- Let the milk continue to heat for 10 to 15 mins until it is reduce to half.
- Now add corn starch mix to the milk and keep stirring until the milk thickens and add sugar. Stir it
- Turn of the flame and cool down. Now add mango purée and mix well.
- Transfer the kulfi mixture to a kulfi moulds and freeze. Until set on top insert the stick and freeze until the kulfi is set.
- Kulfi is ready to serve sprinkle some dry fruits.
