  2. Mix well and turn off the gas. Take a small bowl and fill half of the bowl with the kulfi milk and add pistachio and almonds into it. Now bit the rest of the milk to make it soft. Then add a pistachio mixture into it. - Now cool it completely.
  3. Now add the sticks into it and again set it for 4 hours. NOW KULFI IS READY TO BE SERVED!
  4. Then take the kulfi molds and fill it completely. - Freeze it for 2 hours then take it out. Now you will see it is half set.
