- Slice one onion & fry to golden pink in oil.add whole sabit garam masala in oil & fry.add ginger garlic paste fry till smells ends.
- Add qeema in pot.fry at low -medium heat till it changes colour.add beaten curd in it & mix well.add all spices in qeema mix.cover the lid & let it cook at low-medium heat.
- Qeema will cook in dahi & own water.check when water is almost drying,add potato cut in cubes and mix.add 1 cup water & let them cook at medium heat.
- When potatoes are tender & qeema leaves oil.sprinkle garam masala add chop green chillies I have used red chillies as well to enhance colour.garnish with fresh chop coriander & serve hot.
