  3. Now mash the boiled potatoes. Take 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds, let them splutter. Add capsicum and carrots to it, when slightly soft, add potatoes,salt, red chili powder, garam masala and mix well. Turn off the gas in 1-2 mins
  4. Now grease a plate with oil and pour the half semolina batter into it. Let it steam by covering for 10-15 mins. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
  5. Once it's steamed like dhokla, demould both the plates after cooling.
  6. Now place the demoulded platter on a plate and apply the potato mixture over it evenly. Place another piece of semolina over it.
  7. Add 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry this triple layered piece from both the sides for 5-6 mins.
  8. Cut it into pizza like shapes and it's ready to serve.
